What is included

  • 15, 20 or 30 hours of private classes per week depending on the program you choose
  • Full board accommodation (breakfast, lunch and dinner) in a single room. Your accommodation is available from the Sunday before the start of your course until the Saturday after your last course day. Additional nights may be available at extra cost.
  • Airport pick up and return in Metropolitan cities and train station pickup in others
  • Free WiFi or PC Internet access
  • All study materials
  • At least three social or cultural shared experiences per week with your host teacher
  • End of course diploma
  • Dedicated Mi Profe customer support

What is not included

  • Your flights and/or train tickets to get to nearest airport or train station (we can help you and prepurchase train tickets if so required)
  • Entrance tickets to museums or other places
  • Public transport (metro, bus, train)
  • Travel insurance
  • Medical insurance
  • Discretionary spending money

Payment and Cancellation policy

Given the specific nature of this program, we require a 50% deposit payment at the moment of enrolment and payment in full should be received no later than 28 days before the start date.

If you cancel your enrolment more than 28 days before your arrival date for the course, we will refund your payment minus EUR 100 administrative costs. If you cancel less than 28 days before your arrival date for the course, you will only be refunded 50% of the total fees.

Young students

We welcome students from 14 years and older. Please note that not all teachers open their household to younger students. Here are some specifics that impact young learners for the Mi Profe program:

  • We require parents or guardians of a minor (defined as less than 18 years) to sign a so-called release form which states that neither Babylon Idiomas nor the Homestay teacher bear any legal responisbility for the actions of the minor during his or her stay.
  • Babylon Idiomas can arrange for an airport pick-up and transport to the homestay if this is not in a metropolitan area at an extra cost
