FAQ: Enrolment & Payment

How do I enroll?

This is how you sign up:

  • Go to our Easy Price Calculator (Please note that this a secure environment for your personal and payment details)
  • Select your destination and click "Continue"
  • Select the course(s), accommodation (if required), number of weeks and extra services
  • Select your Spanish language level (indicative)
  • Select your start date and click "Continue"
  • Fill out your personal details.
  • Fill out your credit card details OR choose to pay by bank transfer.
  • Once you are happy with all the information, click the "PRINT & SEND" button which sends your enrolment to us electronically and opens a page with a copy of your enrolment form that you can print.
  • You will receive a confirmation from us with an invoice by email within 1 working day.

What do I need to pay and when?

If your start date is less than 28 days away from the day you enroll, you need to pay 100% of your invoice at the time of enrollment. Please note that we cannot guarantee a place for you until the deposit has been paid.

If your start date is more than 28 days away, you are required to pay 50% fo the invoice at the time of booking. The remaining 50% has to be paid no later than two weeks before the start of your course.

What happens if I cancel?

If you cancel your Spanish course, the following cancellation policy applies:

  • Clients can cancel enrolments within 7 working days from the enrolment date provided the course has not started. A cancellation fee of €55 applies.
  • Courses and accommodation cannot be cancelled neither wholly nor partially from the original start date onwards.
  • Clients cancelling more than 4 weeks before the start of their course owe the company 25% of the tuition and accommodation fees plus any applicable enrolment and placement fees.
  • Clients cancelling more than 1 week but less than 4 weeks before the start of their course owe the company 50% of the tuition and accommodation fees plus any applicable enrolment and placement fees.
  • Clients cancelling within less than 1 week before the start of their course owe the company 75% of the tuition and accommodation fees plus any applicable enrolment and placement fees.
  • A separate cancellation insurance can be taken out with the company which refunds the deposit of tuition and accommodation fees [but not of enrolment, placement and insurance fees] provided the cancellation has been made in writing [fax or email] and received during working hours no less than 72 hours before commencement of the course or accommodation arrangement whichever is earliest.
  • Please note that enrolments for which we have issued a letter of acceptance cannot be cancelled unless written proof is provided showing that the visa application has been denied. An administrative fee of € 100 applies for these type of cancellations.
