Colonial gem of Cuba
Trinidad is nestled between the Escambray Mountains on Cuba’s idyllic southern coast, so the white sandy beaches lead you to the beautiful Caribbean Sea.
Known now as a ‘museum city’, Trinidad was formally famed for its harbor and colonial past. The quaint city has a romantic air so it is no surprise they have their own museum of romance.
Trinidad is a historic city and full of attractions such as the Cathedral, Iglesia Parroquial de la Santisima Trinidad which is the largest church in Cuba.
It’s easy to feel like a local in this warm and cozy city and it truly has everything: heavenly beaches on which to relax and surrounding mountains for the more adventurous.
Your Spanish course in Trinidad
Classes are held at local homes, either in the teacher's home, in the house of the host family or in the a cultural center in the city (this is often the case with 'mini groups'). Students are informed of the exact location upon their arrival.
All our lessons and accommodations are arranged DOWNTOWN. Our program is conveniently located within walking distance of the most beautiful and important attractions of the city. Colonial buildings like Iglesia Francisco or Palacio Brunet are accessible in mere minutes. The centre of the city is the departure point for excursions to Valle de los Ingenios or Playa Ancón.
Lessons take place either in mini groups, with a maximum of 4 students per group or can be taken privately, depending upon your preference and budget.
